Coaching offers a space to pause, reflect and better understand what is keeping you stuck — so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and intention.
We begin with a free introductory session - a space for us to get to know each other and see whether coaching feels right for you. We’ll talk about your expectations, current challenges, and goals. I’ll answer any questions you may have about the coaching process and how we could work together.
The aim of coaching is to help you create changes that feel realistic and sustainable. Together, we focus on finding approaches that genuinely work for you, support your wellbeing, and can continue beyond our sessions
You can book a single session if you’d like to explore coaching or focus on one specific topic. However, depending on your goals,
I recommend a series of 3–10 sessions to allow for deeper reflection and more sustainable progress.
During our sessions, we’ll work together to better understand your challenges, identify your goals, and develop practical strategies tailored to your needs.
Between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to test new approaches, reflect on what works for you, and gradually build supportive habits and tools.

ABOUT ME
I hold a Psychology degree and completed Coaching training at SWPS University in Poland. I am currently expanding my expertise through specialised ADHD Coaching training at Pracownia Novo and working towards my ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation.
My coaching practice is supported by regular supervision, mentoring from an experienced coach, and ongoing professional development.
Beyond my professional work, my favourite hobby is discovering new hobbies, pottery, cycling and spending time with the people closest to me. I currently live in sunny Lisbon, where I’m learning to slow down and enjoy life a little more.
Coaching conversations often touch on themes such as self-confidence, change, overwhelm, habits and understanding ourselves better. I explore many of these topics in more depth on my Substack, where I write about psychology, ADHD, personal growth and the challenges of navigating modern life.

That's completely okay. Many people come to coaching with a general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about what they want. Together, we can explore what's going on, identify priorities and find a starting point that feels manageable.
Coaching works best when you're ready to take an active role in making changes - even small ones. If you're tired of white-knuckling your way through the day and want real, sustainable support, coaching might be exactly what you're looking for. Therapy typically explores the past and focuses on mental health and healing. Coaching is present- and future-focused: we identify what's getting in your way right now and create concrete action steps to move forward. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment, and the two can work really well together.
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles and move towards meaningful goals. Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, I will ask questions, offer observations and create a space for reflection, helping you find solutions that work for you.
